Welcome
The Oakmont Democratic Club works to educate members and to elect candidates whose principles are consistent with the Democratic Party. Activities include:
- meetings on public policy issues ranging from social security reform to global warming
- interest groups on the environment, social security, and the Democratic party
- candidate nights for candidates for non-partisan offices and in Democratic primary elections
- viewing documentaries on political issues
- walking precincts before an election
- supporting Democratic candidates

Help Wanted
The Planning Committee is looking for volunteers to help plan our monthly programs. Some knowledge of California politics would be especially helpful. To volunteer contact Larry Metzger.
